Internet is down. Either faulty NBN device. Or Router has died. Or possible (but unlikely) cable issue. Step 1: Plug in a laptop directly into NBN device to make sure internet working. Possibly NBN device needs to be reset. Step 2: Check and see if router (TP-Link) is working okay. There is a slight chance it needs to be replaced. There should be a replacement router at location, but if you have a spare one in case, that would be helpful.

My Mac, laptop, keyboard, has keys that are getting stuck, keys that are falling off, and is just in general disrepair. Probably an easy task, just will take time for someone to fix it. I need you to research and than come and fix it at mine. Any smart device, normal Alexa or portable, I use to listen to music via Spotify, it’ll have a few seconds off low volume music. Kind of that low volume sound when it’s listening for a command. Unsure how long it started happened ago. It’s been some time. And I don’t recall changing anything. It happens once every few tracks. Maybe once a track. So you may want to bring your laptop and do things while you wait for feedback. For obvious reasons you can’t take anything with you to fix. And you’ll need me next to you for passwords.
