Internet is down. Either faulty NBN device. Or Router has died. Or possible (but unlikely) cable issue. Step 1: Plug in a laptop directly into NBN device to make sure internet working. Possibly NBN device needs to be reset. Step 2: Check and see if router (TP-Link) is working okay. There is a slight chance it needs to be replaced. There should be a replacement router at location, but if you have a spare one in case, that would be helpful.

Hello, I have a pc with a problem with the mic not working, it’s not the problem with the headset mic because I have plugged in multiple different headsets and they don’t work.
