My workplace has a custom built Windows 11 gaming PC with two user profiles, one admin and one non-admin. We only have the credentials to log into the non-admin profile — the admin profile belonged to a previous employee. We need the PC to be reformatted with a fresh install of Windows and a new admin profile. This will require someone who can get the PC into safe mode and perform a hard reset. Backing up data is not required — nothing critical is stored on the PC.

Vdsl modem playing up. Keeps dropping fttn connection after a restart and 30 mins Aussie Broadband suggests it just needs a hard reset and put back into bridge mode. Will probably need you to make sure it doesn’t drop connections about 30 mins after the hard reset.

My Dad has a FTTB in a big appartments block. One of the major NBN companies. For the past year he had about 10-15 episodes when internet stop working completely and sometimes it was resolved by the company tech support quickly sometimes it takes a very long time. We need a knowledgeable person to run through connections and help to restore / fix connectivity issues. Just an add up that internet isn’t working for past few days. I purchased a Metabox laptop in 2022. It is a gaming laptop and you have to load the software onto the computer yourself.
