Vdsl modem playing up. Keeps dropping fttn connection after a restart and 30 mins Aussie Broadband suggests it just needs a hard reset and put back into bridge mode. Will probably need you to make sure it doesn’t drop connections about 30 mins after the hard reset.

My Dad has a FTTB in a big appartments block. One of the major NBN companies. For the past year he had about 10-15 episodes when internet stop working completely and sometimes it was resolved by the company tech support quickly sometimes it takes a very long time. We need a knowledgeable person to run through connections and help to restore / fix connectivity issues. Just an add up that internet isn’t working for past few days. We tried all basic troubleshooting but nothing seems to be working.

I purchased a Metabox laptop in 2022. It is a gaming laptop and you have to load the software onto the computer yourself. My ex didn't do something right and I've had a plether of problems from the speakers crackling, touch pad lagging and clicking when I don't click, etc. I think everything needs to be wiped and then reinstalled.

Gaming PC running very poorly need help fixing

I require technical support for my system and would like potential repairs and diagnostics to be run. Over the past year, I’ve been experiencing major performance issues, and the situation has become increasingly frustrating. I've considered turning to Mwave for support but cannot be bothered transporting my desktop PC so I am going to try my luck here. Key issues include: • Lightroom and Premiere Pro crashing repeatedly, making it unusable. • Most if not all games are failing to load and crashing, even with all updated drivers and running on SSDs • Frequent “not enough memory allocated space” notifications, which doesn’t align with the fact that my system has 128GB of RAM. • Possible overheat or power issues relating to Intel CPU - currently under the impression that the CPU is faulty as I am aware that the 14900K series have been faulty for some consumers. Given these problems, I suspect there may be underlying issues with the CPU, power supply, or GPU that need to be checked. I’ve already had to return the system once, and I’d like these problems to be thoroughly resolved this time. This is particularly disappointing as I’ve built two systems with MWave previously, all of which have been flawless. I rely heavily on this tower for design work in Premiere Pro and other programs, but at this point, it’s close to impossible to use it effectively. We have had data cabling run in the office to move the location of the reception but there is no connection at the new outlets. I require someone to identify the problem and fix it. Possibly needs new hardware as additional ports might be needed.
