I purchased a Metabox laptop in 2022. It is a gaming laptop and you have to load the software onto the computer yourself. My ex didn't do something right and I've had a plether of problems from the speakers crackling, touch pad lagging and clicking when I don't click, etc. I think everything needs to be wiped and then reinstalled.

My Mac desktop seems to have a different login/user name on the first screen and I can't reset it. There isn't a button to reset the password or change the user.
