Internet (Telstra NBN) keeps dropping out. Had the NBN technician visit a few times they always say it is fixed, but the problem hasn't been resolved. Need someone who can find the problem and fix it.

Our NBN WiFi has been extremely slow at our business location in Edgecliff. We are using Belong with an Belong 4353 modem, and the speed is much lower than expected. The internet is slow in certain rooms, and devices keep disconnecting. Looking for an IT expert to diagnose and fix the issue. Would be great if you can advise on any necessary upgrades (router, booster, etc.).

My MacBook only supports one external output, and I have 2 monitors which need to be displaying different images. i have an Aussie Broadband cable internet at my house (NBN fiber to the home). I use Google Home to manage my devices, I have 5 different devices (1 router, four points); and I also have a Google nest doorbell camera; and three other cameras connected to the system. Recently (last few days) the internet has been intermittently dropping out. Sometimes one or two of the google home wifi points goes offline; occasionally all the cameras go offline. Every time i run a 'speed test' or 'mesh test' for the network, it seems fine. but then it keeps dropping intermittnetly. I would like someone to 1) diagnose the problem (either at the Aussie broadband level or with my Google home setup, somehow); and 2) fix the problem. i imagine, for a tech savvy person, this is <1 hour work, perhaps even much less. thank you.
