My laptop’s keyboard is acting strangely. I used to switch between languages using the Shift key, but that no longer works. Several keys have changed—for instance, “?” has turned into “/”—and Shift no longer capitalises letters. As I type frequently, this is very frustrating Also, the laptop’s internal microphone isn’t working. It works with an external microphone, but not in call software. I’ve tried the usual troubleshooting steps, but no luck. Can anyone help? Thank yiu very much.

Can’t get email back on iphone

My elderly mother requires her laptop cleaned, and put back to a workable state. Sometimes as she is typing, the mouse curser will randomly revert to the beginning of the document. She also is having printer issues- it’s a new Epson printer and again it should be a simple fix.

My computer has 64gb Ramwitjh over 57gb free space. The last 2 days it has been extremley slow. 14 hours to transfer 3gb file. Davinci Resolve Studio, Lr & Ps are so slow they actually stop altogether. They take 10 mins to open, and several hours to load images. I have done restarts, resets,latest windows updates, optimised drives. I need my PC running smooth as Im freelance videographer & photographer and this speed is putting my behind on projects. Need someone who can fix this asap please

Hi , I’ve stuffed up my PC. Canva not working and MS365 not working properly. I installed Acrobat now having all sorts of problems. Can someone knowledgeable help me out here. Need things to run as I’m trying to do a resume and apply for jobs. I’m finding Ms word files are only opening in Libre which I don’t want.. another small thing that needs fixing. I can take a day off on Saturday if someone is free to fix on that day. I’m open to Friday and Monday or Tuesday as well.

I have a Panasonic tablet with windows 10 pro. I have shared a family subscription so it has MS office subscription. OneDrive is not working properly though so a shared folder only shows up as an online shortcut. The tablet has duplicate Microsoft profiles under the same email address (a personal and a business account) so maybe that is causing the problem. I need the OneDrive folder synced to the tablet with files available to open locally so I can open and edit a CAD file. I already ticked 'alwats keep on device' on the folder but it's only an internet shortcut, not the actual file.
