Hi, I have 1 desktop and 1 small laptop that are about 3 years old but both have become very slow. Both Lenovo. They are used in our business and the main use is for using our business management software which is online. I think they both just need to be updated and cleaned up. Suitable days to do it would be a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Sunday onsite.

I am running an iMac and I usually connect an external hard drive a Seagate 4 TB hard drive via a USB port. I’ve accidentally pressed the off button at the power switch and on this occasion the hard drive no longer mounts. It switches on and it detectable by disk utility however disk utility fails to be able to repair the disc or mount the hard drive onto the iMac I was wondering if anyone may be able to help me recover the data thank you

Hello, We accidentally deleted a folder containing important information from our desktop and subsequently emptied the Recycling Bin. The system data (and associated bin) on my Mac desktop are so huge that I can’t upgrade my iOS or install a new program that I need (I have about 2gb spare) I’ve done everything the internet suggests - my caches are empty, bin empty, I have removed all large files. I’ve installed and used ‘clean my Mac’, I even went into the background and managed to delete some stuff but it’s just gone into a bin that I can’t empty. When I try, it says things can’t be deleted because programs are in use - I have shut all programs down but suspect the issue lies with Messages in someway because although I shut it down, it remains active and the files I tried to delete related to it. For someone in the know, I expect this is the work of moments. A box I haven’t ticked somewhere. So I just need someone to get me across that line before I throw the whole thing out… which I can’t afford to do obviously. If the job turns out to be bigger, I’m open to extending the task.

A friend purchased a Xiaomi AX3000 dual band router. It has worked really well for a few months but since Thursday, November 14, the internet light has been orange, meaning I have had no internet.
