Help when I get stuck on Windows 11. Example my current problem is that my computer is running very slow when connected to internet, even when just using xcel, but returns to good speed as soon as I disconnect the internet, I suspect it has something to do with "One Drive" which was recently added. We have iinet fttn with supplied tp link archer modem, deco mesh access point wired to modem and three more deco nodes. Signal strength is good, speed test indicates 80mb download but internet and streaming lags with frequent delays and time out on iphone and android. Deco diagnostic app says all good. Geeks 2u came out and said setup was ok, siggested turning off 5ghz channel. Slight difference but still laggy
Identified several contributing system issues but not able to specifically resolve the problem. Made recommendations for changes to improve performance.

We’ve got a new PlayStation 5 VR headset. My young son dove in and tried to set up a bunch of things but I don’t think it’s been done correctly and when I’ve looked at it, it seems to be a bit of a mess. The headset seems to be ok but only for non-VR games with a standard remote. The VR handsets don’t seem to work properly. We have a VR game that won’t work - we keep getting an error message.
