We are needing someone to come to apartment to assist with our internet connection with Aussie Broadband. Aussie Broadband are saying the NBN connection is fine and connected to the apartment building, but that Testing indicates an open termination after the MDF and a licensed ACMA cabler will be required on site to troubleshoot and rectify the issue causing a break in the connection. We are hoping a technician might be available ASAP to swing by and sort it out for us.

Hello, can someone tell me if it’s possible to access files/photos from an old hard drive?? I have tried twice and the device is recognised when I plug it in but when I try to access, it said the parameter is incorrect. Unplugged and tried again and it came up with another error message (photo attached for reference). Advice would be appreciated!! A lifetime of photos is on this hard drive. - Due date: Flexible

My son has Auto-Tune Pro X Software Unlimited which was installed in March this year and has been working well. He had to reinstall everything on his computer and tried re-installing the Auto-Tune Pro X software and can't install. I received the blue screen of death on my windows 10 PC, and ever since I have trouble logging in or getting past the Asus looping screen at start up. I managed to get in by holding F8 and selecting a drive for the boot up, and when I got in I tried the following with no luck: -system reset and keep my settings - downloaded all the latest drivers for my PC - reviewed and attempted to fix a few items in the event viewer based on guides I could find online. My biggest issues are the following: - one of my 1tb hard drives in the computer no longer can be seen in my PC and I can't map to it any more. Thankfully it was very much empty but it's still an issue - getting logged in seems to happen sporadically by pure luck! Sometimes I can get in, sometimes I can't. My gaming PC is about 7 years old (all parts are 7 years old except for the 3060 I put in a few months back). Looking for assistance..someone who can come after 530ish and fix this issue. I have avoided doing a master reset of windows up until this point, so I'm hoping I can get it fixed without needing this. - Due date: Flexible
