The latest windows update (beta) did something and Windows 11 is flashing on startup. I think user profile login issue. Wong take long as you’ll probably know a way around this, but might need a Windows 11 USB to reinstall if you have one. Andy

I had trouble with my internet. Telstra got me to do a factory reset on the modem. My printer no longer prints. It still scans to email though. It is a LaserJet Enterprise MFP M528.

I have a new computer I need set up so that I can use it for recording. I’d also like to ensure all the software is installed correctly and working. I have a couple of extra fiddly things too. For instance, I need to remove an iCloud account from my old computer. And my outlook keeps on requiring me to sign back in, so some trouble-shooting on these would also be appreciated. We’ve got a new PlayStation 5 VR headset. My young son dove in and tried to set up a bunch of things but I don’t think it’s been done correctly and when I’ve looked at it, it seems to be a bit of a mess. The headset seems to be ok but only for non-VR games with a standard remote. The VR handsets don’t seem to work properly. We have a VR game that won’t work - we keep getting an error message. Any help to reset and get the headset working is greatly appreciated.

Microsoft laptop suddenly stopped working. It’s turning on, but when logged in it’s flashing and not letting me click anything. Also cannot get to settings or click anything even with shortcuts on keyboard

Our small business is currently using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (standalone versions). We would like to switch to Microsoft 365, set up Microsoft Exchange and sync data with Google Workspace. We currrently have 3 users

The system data (and associated bin) on my Mac desktop are so huge that I can’t upgrade my iOS or install a new program that I need (I have about 2gb spare) I’ve done everything the internet suggests - my caches are empty, bin empty, I have removed all large files. I’ve installed and used ‘clean my Mac’, I even went into the background and managed to delete some stuff but it’s just gone into a bin that I can’t empty. When I try, it says things can’t be deleted because programs are in use - I have shut all programs down but suspect the issue lies with Messages in someway because although I shut it down, it remains active and the files I tried to delete related to it. For someone in the know, I expect this is the work of moments. A box I haven’t ticked somewhere. So I just need someone to get me across that line before I throw the whole thing out… which I can’t afford to do obviously. If the job turns out to be bigger, I’m open to extending the task.
