Hi there, Looking to find someone to help with configuring my current NAS system that is wired into the PC via ethernet and on LAN 1, I want this to be connected wirelessly and so that multiple devices can be connected such as PC & Mac. Additionally would like support help to add another HDD to the NAS I currently have a 16TB storage setup with 2 8TB drives running in RAID 0 (This was setup by the previous IT team) I want to be able to install a new 8TB drive into the system to increase storage capacity but i don't want to wipe the current files which I believe could happen.. My HP Spectre 360 (Windows 11) laptop did a BIOS upgrade. It restarted with a Temporary profile and I have not been able to fix this. Support from HP and Microsoft have not helped. I have gone into Registry Editor and to the Profilelist directory. I have tried deleting the Temporary profile and renaming the Permanent profile. However, these changes are not saved when doing a restart. I have seemed to have lost nearly all my files. - Due date: Flexible

I have already set up my Synology DS420J on my Mac. I would love to access my files outside my network and be able to share files with external people. I’m guessing that’s a firewall thing. Would love help. It’s also saying it’s “Not Secure”

Pretty straight forward task but I’m not so bright with IT. I’m working from home and got provided an extra monitor to add to my laptop screen. So I would have two monitors to use. However my laptop isn’t detecting the new monitor. I have a laptop with a usb c input which I already have a converter for with the hdmi for the new monitor but it is still not detecting. Just need someone to help set up the extra screen so I have two screens to work with.

Currently operating a refurbished Dell T5600 workstation that shows a warning message upon boot up. "Your current power supply does not support the recent configuration changes made to your system. Please contact Dell Technical support team to learn about upgrading to a higher wattage power supply. " It "works" after pressing F1. But this is not a long term solution. No modifications have been made to the PC since purchase. Also more recently, the computer will just freeze completely and the keyboard and mouse will stop working, and after a couple minutes it will just power off completely. I am concerned the 2 issues may be related. If you think you can fix this PC issue, please apply.

Hi! I've decided to uprage my PC today. Upon installing the motherboard and CPU.. my PC fails to boot. I'm not very experienced in this and would love some extra hands.

My son has purchased all of the necessary components to build his new PC but I am looking for someone to complete the build for us.
