Find a professional computer training program in East Sydney

I have a surface pro computer, it’s 3 years old and used only for work. The storage is at max capacity. I’ve followed very basic cleaning suggestions online to help but it’s not a long term solution. I’d like someone to come and review the storage, suggest any ideas to assist, ie adding an external hard drive or delete unnecessary/ unused or large files. Can be done anytime from tomorrow in Sydney CBD or Thursday and in Lilyfield on Friday.

We have a computer which was running well a couple of weeks ago, however i have tried to swap a hard drive out of it and now it doesn't seem to work. I have a few hard drives that have been used before, but unsure which work and which don't. Model: HPZ800. At the moment, it starts, but doesn't load the windows boot screen. Seems to just idle. I need someone to come and get the computer back up and running.
