We have a PC that’s a few years old that’s running windows 10. Unfortunately, we switched the mains power off and the computer switched off. Upon restarting the windows, it says that windows can’t be started up normally nor cannot be started up using the Windows repair. We don’t have a USB Drive to restart windows I’m wondering whether the hard drive may have failed. Wondering if someone can come help us possibly fix the issue. Thanks in advance.

Our computers and televisions are always showing 'YOU HAVE NO INTERNET CONNECTION'. We are losing work on the computers. I was on 5g Telstra network and they said it would be better to change to the NBN network. After receiving the modem and box I asked Telstra for help. Telstra refused to send out a technician unless we connected. Our home has 2 computers and 3 televisions connected.
