Asus Flipbook Laptop sometimes does not allow me to shutdown drop click on icon wont come up everything else works fine

I have a few things I need done/fixed on my PC. I have received some newer parts from a friend (mobo, RAM) that I need to integrate with my current PC. (Happy to provide specs) I also need to add a new SSD drive, 1tb plus, as it currently has a small 110gb SSD and a 2tb HD. I'd ideally like to keep win 10 on the small SDD and have steam and games etc on the new SDD drive. I need to increase the speed of my laptop

I am currently using a Dell Mobile Precision Workstation 3580 laptop provided by the Queensland Government, which is equipped with a 1TB PCIe x4 NVMe SSD. I have recently acquired a 4TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 2280 SSD and a 2TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 2230 SSD, and I am looking to replace the existing 1TB drive with both the 4TB and 2TB drives. Additionally, I would like to configure these two new SSDs to operate as a single unified drive. I would also like to transfer the image from the current SSD onto the newly configured unified drive.
