We’re looking for someone who really knows their way around Hikvision CCTV system to help us get all our stores’ CCTV setups from the mobile app integrated into our Mac OS Hikvision software. Another job is helping us set up a new NVR and hooking it up to our existing mobile and Mac OS apps.

I have 4 360 water drop camera in my house. They were already installed when I moved in but I’m unable to connect them to my phone app. I tried few times, did the whole process as explained in the app but when it gets to 90% it stops saying error -1 It asks me to check my wifi connection as it doesn’t support 5g and password.
