I had Salman out to help me with an old PC and monitor that was booting up irregularly or not at all. He was polite, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about the issue and how to solve it. Including the purchasing a new SSD. This meant a second visit, which I had to change due to a clash. Salman was very obliging on fitting in with my needs. Once the work had started, he answered my inane questions, giving me advice and an education in IT at the same time. The job became much more difficult and more time-consuming than expected but Salman stuck with it. It appeared that solving the problem was more important to him than the time it took. When finished, he provided me with information to allow him to deal with any issues remotely and even offered to return to help. I highly recommend Salman for any task that you may have, I'll certainly be using him again for any problems that may develop in the future.

PC windows 10 not booting up. This has been a gradual deterioration over the last few weeks. Sometimes after several attempts it will start but usually doesn’t. I need it fixed ASAP as it is used regularly. Thank you - Due date: Before Saturday, 9 April 2022
