Outlook does not open, clean up pc to make computer faster

Laptop works fine! I just want someone to sit with me and go through my laptop making sure it's doing what it should be and chuck out anything on it that is not needed. Explain a few things like why Microsoft Bing has jacked my screen even though I still have the Chrome icon. Basically, I've worked on Mac for years and my Lenovo laptop running windows 10 is weird.
