My desktop computer makes a loud whirring sound, typically when it's working harder than usual (e.g. playing a PC game). I think it'll either have something to do with the fan or liquid cooling systems. I want someone to tell me what the noise is and remove it. I can provide a video of the computer making the noise.

I don't believe it is possible to upgrade the current 8GB RAM as it is soldered onto the motherboard but if you could investigate to confirm if an upgrade is possible that is something I would consider and adjust the price accordingly. The OS has been upgraded to Windows 11 and if this can be reinstalled. My Office 365 subscription still has a few months before requiring re-payment, if this could be re-instated along with adobe professional suite.
