I need assistance retrieving my Outlook account. I have submitted numerous Microsoft forms all being deemed insufficient. The account was suspended due to suspicious activity 1 week ago. Happy to pay higher sum for the retrieval.

A remote worker requires assistance to set-up/fix connectivity issues with his Yealink desk phone. He has just relocated his office set-up and everything else is working, but the phone will not connect to the WiFi. It was connected and working yesterday - we are thinking it will be a relatively simple fix, but will just require someone who is there in person and has experience dealing with this sort of equipment. The sooner you can get there, the better!

We have just had NBN set up in one of our serviced apartments. Unfortunately the modem settings are incorrect. We are based in Sydney and require someone to go to the apartment with a computer (that has an ethernet cable port) and an ethernet cable in order to log into the modem and get on the phone to TPG to fix the settings. Hi, I have a mid 2012 MacBook Pro Retina. This has only ever been used for work/study/online, with no other programs/apps installed. It’s now starting to slow down, and I can’t work out how to install new OS (if at all). There are a few minor errors too - web browsers not cooperating (thanks to older OS I think?), and overheating maybe?
