I have a brand new MacBook Air and I can't get the wifi working. It does connect, it just doesn't work. It worked in the Apple Store and it works on Hotspot from my phone. We have a new iPad and that is fine. We also have 3 iPhones and an older iPad and an iMac and they have no problems. Need some one to help me fix this. Online it says to hold shift -command- You can run disk utility and try to run first aid and you can run reformat disk utility.. or try install the origional is for this model. If hard drive is bad needs replacing ect I don’t know how to do this and need help
