I’m on NBN and recently switched to “faster speed” with new modem. Generally internet is fine, but is unstable. There is consistent drop outs of under 5 minutes once or twice a day various times. Provider is unable to assist has asked for us to seek technician to diagnose possible issue. Provider has tried some basic things - factory reset modem, nothing in particular has jumped out as issue with settings.

Need to transfer music files from PC to iPads. Prefer to do onsite in Flynn. Should not take a guru too much effort!

Appointment note: Just received a new modem from iiNet after having no internet / wifi for over 2 weeks! Plugged it all in correctly but still no internet. Finally worked out that the new modem had its own password/pin which is obviously different from the current password / pin that I use. I live in a split level unit and have another modem downstairs in the study. I don’t know how to synchronise the new pin with both modems and my iPhone16.

I have recently moved to a new house and the house has an NBN FTTP connection. I also have took the new plan with Dodo. However, I struggle to connect with the model to get the internet network even though the cable is connected to the NBN D2 node. The house has an automation system from the previous owner which may make the routing configuration hard. I need to have a look at someone and connect with the new internet.
