Wifi looks like it is 100% and modem has all green lights. Laptops and phones won’t connect to wifi. Yesterday the speed test said it was all fine (although couldn’t connect) but today the speed test gives 0. Have been hot spotting laptop from 5G on phone but now that keeps dropping out.
David was great, fixed everything and was able to come within a few hours of us confirming to sort out our wifi problems.

My main router is fine but my extenders stopped working and no matter how Manu rebooths I do, they just stopped communicating with the main router. I need help resetting or finding a solution. Telstra main router works fine. The netgear extender is the problem. Lights are always green but it doesn’t work. Probably need to reset to factory setting but I am not very techy. - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 17 September 2023

Hi There, My internet provider is iiNet and my extender is a Netgear (details below). The extender is about 15 metres from the modem and works for about 3 metres beyond that, but not much more. Or else it works intermittently. The iiNet installer said that the extender wasn't working at all, but I'm not sure that is the case. Both are pretty new and the extender seemed to work until the modem was replaced a couple of months ago. It is not urgent but I could appreciate some help. Thank you. I use the Mac mail program on my 2013 MacBook Pro. I messed around with some of the settings and now it doesn’t work. Forgive me if I do t know the lingo, but I use google Gsuite to power the mail program if that makes any sense. I need a Mac wizard to check it out and perhaps bring it back to life. Make me an offer
