Unfortunately my desktop computer is no longer working and it is outside my skill set to repair. I am looking for someone to diagnose and repair the issue. This is a personal computer I use for gaming and it is my first one so has sentimental value. The issue i am experiencing is that the computer will turn on, however it till not connect to my wired mouse/ keyboard/ headset or recognise my monitors. I have tried basic trouble shooting like checking cords are in correct and not damaged. Changed multi taps and checked the monitors on a spare laptop which worked. I am new to computers so not able to provide much more detail but happy to answer questions. I work from home M/W/F and am home most nights so am able to work together to find a time that suits. Have put a figure in as a quote but happy to discuss further dependant on your findings

So I had an issue with Windows and went to reinstall but forgot to disconnect my other internal drives and by mistake Windows was installed on my Hdd that had 2TB OF my personal data. What I done after was download a program called disk drill and it found 600 something GB but they are all jumbled different file names etc etc. I just need someone who knows what they are doing to restore my files as they are important please - Due date: Flexible

I recently upgraded my router and lost all of my Dahua camera connectivity. I need someone to change my IP address so that I can view my security camera footages via my Synology Surveillance Monitor.

My LaCie 2tb HDD is beginning to die. By die I mean it’s occasionally will mount to finder (always observable on disk utility). Is extremely slow to browse files / unable to copy from drive to back up as drive is so slow. Am hoping someone can clone or recover the contents of the drive. The download speed is extremely slow on Windows installed with bootcamp on a Mac pro 2019

In 2016 I upgraded my MacBook Pro 2013 to an SSD and kept the old drive to use as an external hard drive. The external hard drive has not been damaged in anyway, only recently it stopped being recognised by my laptop. I have tried different casings and wires to no luck. I have included an image of the hard drive below. I cannot recall exactly how much data is on the drive, but it’s is mostly personal pictures and documents. I have since bought a new external drive and was hoping to recover everything from the obsolete drive and move it across to my new one. I reside in Coburg 3058, but I do visit the CBD regularly and would be happy to bring both drives there to have the issue resolved.
