My laptop needs windows installation

My PC keeps crashing when imm playing games. Any game no matter what. My Pc has good specs and should not be crashing like this. It will crash once, then maybe twice and then will go to the "Blue Screen Data" crash page and the pc will restart. Not sure what is happening or how to fix it. Thanks.
