macbook air 2019 dell p3424we monitor can not receive the signal from the device

My macbook air is 2019, and got a new Dell P3424WE monitor.Now the monitor keeps saying no signal from the device. Not sure is macbook got port problems or monitor. I did try to re down loaded the driver from Dell website but still not working. It has had working for last few months when I newly purchased the monitor. Let me know what do you think or can you make a time tomorrow afternoon ?

Need a computer technician to come over and find out which computer part is giving the computer problems where it does not start or or show on screen display.
