I need someone who is tech savvy enough to help me transfer and organise in the easiest fastest way, my iPhone pics/videos onto an external hard drive into date/event files. I posted this add in August but just moved house so hadn't found my hard drive yet so therefore was unfortunately a little unprepared for the task. I had a few great people offer their service but cannot seem to find them anymore on my messages. Our computers and televisions are always showing 'YOU HAVE NO INTERNET CONNECTION'. We are losing work on the computers. I was on 5g Telstra network and they said it would be better to change to the NBN network. After receiving the modem and box I asked Telstra for help. Telstra refused to send out a technician unless we connected. Our home has 2 computers and 3 televisions connected. for the past few weeks ive been having issues with the display of my 2020 MacBook Air, the screen can't seem to focus, there appears to be very fine lines running horizontally across the entire screen, images seem transparent and when I scroll the page lags behind. I believe it has something to do with the ribbon cable but I can be sure.

I currently have a 100meg NBN service connected to my wireless mesh. My wifi speed fluctuates from 10-80 meg randomly. This causes vid conferencing issues.
