Vikram was very professional and had the added problem of our internet being unavailable when he arrived, but he installed the cameras and was prepared to return once I notified him internet was back up and running. The weather was terrible but he worked on regardless and actually had to round up the cameras as the internet returned just as he had finished installing them. Stayed and did the connection and made sure they were all working properly and we understood how they worked. Would recommend him for any IT work as he is very experienced and dillergent, punctual and patient. We are older and only have basic skills with technology, and he was wonderful.

Site needs to be audited
