Set up an iPhone 15 with data from an android phone

I have some VHS footage which I need transferred to usb or cloud. Pickup video in erskineville.

I have an external hard drive with music and photo files which can only be accessed on a Mac. I no longer have a working Mac and need to transfer those files from the hard drive to another new external hard drive that’ll work on a PC. I’ll provide the new hard drive, just need someone to help move the files across, someone with a functioning mac or someone who may know an easier way to achieve this.

We have a vodafone modem, nbn recently put in, signal is worse, it is at the front of the house. We also bought TP link boosters (set of 2), they don't seem to work/we can't get them to work. We would prefer wifi booster options rather than cabling? The previous modem was in the middle of the house (it is an old, long terrace, with 3 floors). We will pay call out, The budget shown is not for parts/equipment, we will pay for those as needed

Do we need a new router, or booster, or what, so that internet signal from the ground floor extend to the first floor and attic bedrooms?
