Find a reliable computer and IT professional in Fairlight

I have a laptop from a previous employer (company no longer exists) where I can’t get past the BitLocker encryption. I’m assuming this would be a hardware fix but keen to find help. Am based in Fairlight, NSW. Thanks!

I've an old laptop that needs rebooting/resetting. Specifically, a USB with a Windows system reinstall doesn't have mouse/keyboard driver, so can't get past 'Select Language' screen without being able to use keys/mouse. If you've a solution, happy to come to you if local-ish. Thanks all!

Am setting up a home flight simulator using Xplane12. Am utilising scenery add-ons to enhance immersion, however managing this from an IT perspective is proving difficult. Need someone with a good working knowledge of windows, file extraction and unzipping, etc.

I have new iPhone mini and have forgotten the passcode so phone is locked. I’m looking for help from someone who knows how to unlock the phone.
