I have been given an Apple Air for work and I have never used one. I need some help setting it up and a lesson on how to use it.

The laptop's sound system, same with the screen brightness controls stoped working and after the USB ports are not reading anything. I would like to restore the laptop to its factory settings with a newer option of software possible but I could do it myself because it requires a hard rive with the software and as the USB port are not reading a hardrive neither I couldn't complete the process

Foxtel have advised WiFi in this room is weak. Current connectivity issues to be fixed

Iphone 12 pro dead- data recovery post icloud backup urgent - today if poss. Working during week. Iphone can't access startup software! cycling between white apple logo & black screen, Spent ages on phone to Apple yesterday, they can only help with backup info. I've got access to icloud data but have files, contacts, notepad files, maybe texts not backed up to cloud for recent weeks. Hi, i have had this silver Macbook Air 12-inch for about 1 year as i bought it second-hand. There are problems with the keyboard that i am unsure of how to fix.
