I have a Nighthawk Netgear modem & NBN fibre internet. Worked excellent yesterday. Modem was reset due to inability to connect new printer to 5g network & now router won’t connect to internet. Very unhappy 12 year old!!! Need assistance with connecting & set up of router as have had no luck so far. ASAP would be preferable. On phone or in person whichever works best.

Thurs.10 June 2021, Windows 10 Update removed M.soft Office Professional 2019. Have managed to reinstall (Bought on Line from Software Mart Aust.) Was running on POP3, now on IMAP and constantly Syncing with Optus Webmail. Previously had approx. 7000 unread Emails on my Laptop. Now cannot receive Emails because Webmail Inbox is exceeding 500 Mb because of Syncing. Do not use Emails on Smartphone, only on Laptop so don't want Syncing but can't solve the problem myself. Had a local Computer guy look at it but now, by his own admission, he doesn't have Outlook, doesn't like it and doesn't really understand it. What he has done appears to have made my situation worse and of course, I had to pay.
