I'm looking for someone experienced in printer and router installations to set up the following devices for my friend at his home in Helensvale: Printer: Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP 5800 Router: GT-AXE1600 Scope of Work: 1. Router Installation: * Set up the new GT-AXE1600 router. * Replace the existing Telstra-provided router with the new one and ensure all internet functions are working properly. 2. Printer Installation: * Connect the Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP 5800 printer to the new router. * Ensure the printer is fully functional, including: > Printing directly from a Word application with the print button. > Scanning to email from the printer. Completion Requirements: * My friend must be able to print from their laptop using the Word application. * Scanning to email from the printer should work. * The printer should be connected to the internet through the newly installed router. Please bring any necessary tools and ensure everything is fully operational before completing the task.

My son has been locked out of his laptop (HP elitebook). I have tried to reinstall the operating system / reset the laptop but it went as far as 50%. The IT guy at school also experienced the same thing. So not sure what to do here as my son never used a password before but all of a sudden it asked for one .

Having issues with the TV's / projector connecting to the wifi as well as some computers. If we hot spot from our phones it works fine but for some reason devices are not connecting to the wifi and we did a speed test of the internet with the orbi and it's max speed and our phones and laptops etc work. Just for some reason TV's don't work with the wifi. We have NBN and orbi connected to it with another orbi satellite extender. However it’s the devices that are within 1-2metres of the modem that are so slow or don’t even connect.
