My gaming laptop (acer aspire v turbo) running windows 10 and not capable of running windows 11,was missing some security and quality updates that's I had errors with. I managed to get this installed using windows update assistant. It is now stuck on 99% after updating the ones listed in the picture. I was able to download them using windows update option but how it's been stuck for over an hour after smoothly reaching 99%. What's the maximum amount of time to wait for it at this stage? - Due date: Before Sunday, 7 January 2024

Ok, so I need the communities help. I have just purchased a 50W laser printer second hand and this morning decided to give it its first run. Scary but exciting! I managed to find a material test file that you can see in one of the images using lightburn as my application. The other image is showing the final result. Now, I am very very fresh to this and can't work out why the engraving part hasn't worked. I have also tried a couple of different test files with the same results.
