Just really need a mac person to come and help us and would be guided by your recommendations.

I am just currently making some enquiries as I have a Dell Inspiron 15 3520 that I bought in Japan last year as I was pressured to after my previous laptop charger became faulty and I spent days trying to resolve the issue and finally bought a Japan laptop and it has been a nightmare since as the keyboard and OS is all in Japanese. I managed to load Windows using Google translate but I am just over it and to make matters worse I really overpaid. I would like a fresh system boot with English OS and would like to change to US keyboard with backlit option if possible. I am not under the impression that there is anything wrong with the computer but would like to fix these issues and am open to hearing about the price to do this as well as anything valuable to do while it is potentially apart. I believe a RAM increase is practical and viable. I am shopping around but would like to get this done asap. Cheers Nathan Timms

Please when offering to take this task up, have experience with shucking Surface Pros, or prior experience with soldered on hard drives - Microsoft made it difficult to get this one taken out!

Have used an external hard drive to store photos. When removing the hard drive from the computer , you click on an icon and get a message if it’s safe to remove the device. The message is now always saying “Other programs are running” but cannot find these programs. Also have now noticed that some of the photos have disappeared off the hard drive.

I have installed security cameras and Wi-Fi doorbells from HiLook (https://cctvguru.com.au/products/hilook-3-x-6mp-cameras-8ch-nvr-cctv-kit-3-ai-turret-cameras-8ch-nvr-bundle). They are all wired up and recording to the NVR. The only thing missing is the internet connection. Can anyone help with setting up the internet for these devices? I will also provide a Wi-Fi extender that needs to be fitted to the NVR.
