I bought a new laptop, it has windows 11. I set it up with an email address which has been sent to revoked and can’t be recovered therefore can’t change the administrator to the right account. I believe to resolve it will need a reset and need assistance

I can no longer sign into my user profile and when i attempt to, it displays "The ProfSvc service failed the sign in. User profile cannot be loaded." I have attemped to follow several Youtube videos and forum instructions but cannot even log into the administrator to use Safe Mode. I dont care if Windows needs to be wiped and re-installed, i just need somebody who knows what they're doing. I feel like this issue came up due to lack of space on the internal drive.
