New modem from Optus, (Arcady) required because old modem speed was poor (Sagemcom about 4 years old). Have tried Optus technicians (4) they even supplied another modem & brought one from JB Hi-FI still did not recognise the items listed below. Ring door bell OK, Smart TV OK, Internet OK, however cannot get printer (Cannon MG3660) Outside Camera (Tapo 310) & Fusion solar app. All these devices worked on old modem, I have even tried guest Wi-Fi on modem (Optus advise) still did not work

Have a stalker who keeps getting off as he turns and locks wifi as well as taken my security camera system off line. I need someone to come out make it secure with a guarantee and tech support should be needed. None of this gear is old he's just a douche for the sake of it, it's almost 24/7 torment so has no life to speak of so he's probably reading this 🖕. His benefit not you. Anyway need asap.
