My new Surface Pro won’t let me pass the login screen. It won’t reset via safe mode, it says the user profile cannot be loaded. I have changed the password for the user profile, but it still says my password is incorrect when I try to login. I’ve tried to reset the password another way & it says I need an external hard drive. Please help! I’ve followed all of the suggestions on Google to try & fix it myself, but finally admit defeat. There is nothing I need to keep on my laptop - happy to wipe & start from scratch! Before it stopped letting me login, this problem happened a few times but resolved with shutting down & restarting. I think my C: drive is full or close to full from downloads & updates haven’t been able to update. Pick up & return laptop from Malvern.

My Macbook Pro mid 2012's hard drive died earlier this week. Unfortunately I was not able to restore from back up and have had to replace my hard drive. It is a Samsung 850 Pro SSD.
