I transferred the videos from work iPad to my WD external hard drive one year ago. I deleted the videos from iCloud as the transfer was successful. I got an error message saying the videos were not compatible with my PC. I looked for the videos a month ago and I can not see them. I did some research and nothing works. I know they are on the hard drive but I can not find them. I have search by date created and date transferred but still nothing. Please help.

I have a Seagate external HD with broken heads, which I would like fixed. When it is connected to the computer, nothing happens. It does not read on the multiple laptops I have connected it to. I also need to recover lost videos I downloaded to a WD 1TB external hard drive. I have tried multiple searches and can not find the videos.

Hi need to upgrade existing PC and change: motherboard ASUS TUF GAMING B550M-PLUS CPU AMD Ryzen 5 CPU liquid cooler memory (details on picture) everything else staying the same: 4 hard drives PC case (Thermaltake Commander G33 TG ARGB) power unit ( Corsair RM750e) (details on picture) No need to install Windows but obviously BIOS has to see my hard drives I'm super flexible when comes to time Thank you

I connected I usb cable in the back and moved pc, later switch on, monitors were flicking, I backed to original settings, now can hear and see that graphic card/ cpu is working but both monitors are black. Cant even go to bios. Dunno why is like this? Dust, graphic card? Changing/ switching RAM didn’t help
