Find a reliable computer and IT professional in Mosman

I've had some issues with booting my PC. I've created installation media boot USB with windows and managed to get into command prompt to attempt to fix the bootloader. Unfortunately I've made the problem worse. Just wondering whether someone with more knowledge than me might be able to fix the OS without needing to reset the PC. Cheers Edit: not sure if this is salvageable. I've tried to rebuild UEFI bootloader and now can't get in to recovery tools (booting from windows) to reset OS. I've a number of error codes including 0x81000204 and Stellar Srttrail.txt BSOD error when I tried to repair.

I use external Google device on my smart tv but the connection is terrible. I try to watch foxtel from the app on my phone and it just constantly stops and loads. Unsure what the problem is.
