have bought firewalla gold which is a router which will be a security firewall and also helps me to contol the device time of kids. please note firewalla is a name of the company and not firewall I have NBN and TPG as a provider and I want the firewalla gold device as router . I have home nbn internet (speed confirmed 50mbps) and a hard wired access point for upstairs however, my wifi speed is horrendous and I cannot get most wifi appliances to work. Would like some support to diagnose issue or offer solutions to good home internet and wifi - Due date: Flexible

We have pentanet which is supposed to be 100+ MB. The router wifi is achieving speed of over 90MB but when access point is installed wifi drops. The router is achieving ethernet speeds of greater than 120 Mpbs but when it sends wifi the speed falls dramatically and the wifi over access point is extremely unstable. I would like to have someone check if it is a problem with our system or if it is pentanet. We have 3 teenager so need fast internet! - Due date: Flexible

We have opened a new shop in Mosman Park and are experiencing difficulty with the Our PC (which is also our POS) using the wifi but as we assign the wifi to the POS system no other devices in the store can be assigned to that network. We need someone with good tech knowledge to help us resolve it.
