We are using a CCTV and doorbell from DMSS. But after changing our internet provider, we are struggling to reset the Wi-Fi. We are using 5G (and before), but we can’t connect it to Wi-Fi. We have to use a LAN cable instead. I remember that the installer initially connected it with a cable and then set up the Wi-Fi. Would you be able to set it up for us?

Just need my internet set up. Have modem & all required but just. Can’t get it working. It’s accepting password but not opening. Just not letting into admin page to connect to modem.

Urgent google domain and outlook email support required. Outlook email was running last 2 years ‘inactive’ in a free version of office365. Accidentally deleted all emails associated with business email as email became deactivated yesterday and no longer received emails. Business is run through Google domain. However are having major issues reinstating google domain business email through outlook on windows laptop. Purchased new office365 package however now no apps will open. This is a business email so need to all old emails restored and account back up and running. Today as back to work tomorrow and fly out of the country Tuesday morning. I need a technician to reset my router to my business phone. My business phone is sitting in a different room from the Modem. The phone does not have Wi-Fi but needs to connect to the internet using an ethernet cable. The ethernet cable cannot come from the modem because the modem and the phone are in a different room. Hello, I have applied for the FTTC -> FTTP NBN upgrade. NBN wouldnt install the NBN equiment in a practical location. We need a conduit run form the NBN box outside to a cupboard upstairs. I'm not sure if you will be running just a conduit or if you recommend installing the fibre optic cable at the same time. I dont own this house, the landlord has asked me to get a quote.
