Please help, I have been hacked and have lost access to everything. It has caused extreme mental health distress. I clicked a link on facebook on Friday and have now lost control of my facebook and phone and most apps. I am devastated. I have factory reset my phone. It didn't help at all. My facebook is still hacked, I can't change password, I can get in, but not change anything. I have precious photos of my nan and dog who passed on there. It is extremely important to me. Someone please help. Happy to pay $250 if it is fixed. Please don't take my money if can't fix. I have lost access to my bank account and lost everything, so I don't have much.

I need some help with my dad’s email account. Here is the issues he is facing 1.He has an old version of outlook but he is not receiving his emails 2. Lots of his old emails from before September have gone (could be an issue with storage or version of outlook) 3. He has issues with resetting password.
