Hi there, can I please get some quotes on fixing my laptop. It’s having issues charging. If I hold the charger it works however it looks like there’s some damage to the port. I’m hoping for a same day fix, as I need it for work. Thanks.

I have a genuine Microsoft 365 installed. Nothing was wrong with it until last week when Microsoft stopped saving. I open a Word file, edit and click save, it shows saving... but never saves. I have two drivers, C and D. C is where the operating system and Microsoft 365 are installed, and D is where I keep my files. It seems that the problem is only with files that are already on the D drive!! I had some files on the desktop that are not affected and I can still edit and save. But any word file that was on the D Drive is affected. Someone already tried to find the problem but with no luck. Uninstalled office and reinstalled multiple times without a fix. After the attempted fix, now all Word files do not show the Word icon, but they still open. I have tried setting the default programs to open the file but also no luck. Too much time was spent to try to fix this with no success, so I only want someone who is confident they can find the problem and not spend hours on my computer trying things, I need someone who can diagnose and fix. Also, now I can't create a new Word file when clicking right click and new!! This happened after the other guy tried to fix the problem. Open to suggestions. Let me know if you need any additional information before committing to the task

I have a Alienware Laptop (17 R2) that my child has spilt his drink on. I used Ifixit to open the laptop and clean up as much of the spill as possible, but it will not power on (no lights, no bios). The DC power connector on the motherboard tolls to have been shorted and shows signs of burns. Everything else looks fine to me. Was working perfectly fine before the spill.

I need the barbecue unpacked and setup ready for use.

There is a problem with the OS on my laptop, it resets itself every time I restart it. Also, it only recognises me as a local user, not an administrator (which I am). Each time I open my PC, an error message appears asking me to fix PC errors and Windows 11 OS issues by logging out and logging back in, which does not work. Despite my efforts, I have not been able to resolve these issues

Have an SSD which died on my HP Pavillon laptop

Built a PC but having issues.. need someone with experience to look at the build and install wi ndows etc. I dont know what the issue is. Also cable management the back. Possibly rebuild.

I got given a Surface Go Its locked with a password. the previous owner who was a student can't remember the password or even the email that was associated to it. I was told that I can't unlock it as it woul d have windows 10 installed on it??? Would anyone know how to override it and maybe reset the computer to its original settings. We have tried all the options on the computer to reset but am getting nowhere, because we don't know the password. Any solutions would be great. Thanks, I'm in Padstow NSW

I have a samsung note 20 ultra, only a few days ago it automatically updated the software but i am not liking the current update. Would like it if someone would be able to reverse the update... i know it can be done but just don’t know how to do it myself.

We have a Bosch alarm system at the (ground floor) office. Before NBN it would ring a mobile phone if the alarm went off. Since NBN this has stopped. Needs to be wired across so it will dial out when the alarm goes off. The people who installed this seem to have no idea what they are doing, so whilst we could bring them in to do it, this seems like a good time to find an alarm person who knows what they are doing.
