Find a reliable computer and IT professional in Pearcedale

Hi! We purchased a creality ender 3 a while ago and no matter what we have tried we have been unable to get it printing saticefactorily (we've read everything, watched all the YouTube, reassembled it, got new springs, advise from many other printers and even got an entire new bed) we would like someone with some knowledge to come take a look at what could be the problem and perhaps even teach us what we may be doing wrong?
