My laptop’s keyboard is acting strangely. I used to switch between languages using the Shift key, but that no longer works. Several keys have changed—for instance, “?” has turned into “/”—and Shift no longer capitalises letters. As I type frequently, this is very frustrating Also, the laptop’s internal microphone isn’t working. It works with an external microphone, but not in call software. I’ve tried the usual troubleshooting steps, but no luck. Can anyone help? Thank yiu very much.

My computer has 64gb Ramwitjh over 57gb free space. The last 2 days it has been extremley slow. 14 hours to transfer 3gb file. Davinci Resolve Studio, Lr & Ps are so slow they actually stop altogether. They take 10 mins to open, and several hours to load images. I have done restarts, resets,latest windows updates, optimised drives. I need my PC running smooth as Im freelance videographer & photographer and this speed is putting my behind on projects.
