I have purchased a new laptop for a new business and I need Outlook to be configured. I tried this myself and ended up with 2 Microsoft accounts with 1 Microsoft 365 subscription. I also need this problem resolved

I have a new computer I need set up so that I can use it for recording. I’d also like to ensure all the software is installed correctly and working. I have a couple of extra fiddly things too. For instance, I need to remove an iCloud account from my old computer. And my outlook keeps on requiring me to sign back in, so some trouble-shooting on these would also be appreciated. Bought a retroid pocket 4 pro, seemingly pre loaded with games. I've since gone down the rabbit hole of trying to problem solve games not loading, and trying to download my own and getting lost. We replaced the hard disk after it appeared to fail. System acknowledges that it had a hard disk installed but record function still not available but was in the past available. Maybe it just needs a system change or hard disk needs formatting?
