WIFI is not working and we have checked with the ISP and they confirmed that everything works on their end. We need someone to check the router and fix the internet issue.

Bought a retroid pocket 4 pro, seemingly pre loaded with games. I've since gone down the rabbit hole of trying to problem solve games not loading, and trying to download my own and getting lost. We replaced the hard disk after it appeared to fail. System acknowledges that it had a hard disk installed but record function still not available but was in the past available. Maybe it just needs a system change or hard disk needs formatting?
