Accidently deleted Microsoft Office, business email has stopped working. check DNS & Domain settings, set up personal, work and business accounts, check shopify store settings. Domains were set up through Go Daddy. Revert back to Outlook Classic, don't like new outlook. Get all things working and syncing.
Terrific assistance. Very patient, made certain I understood things and resolved all my enquiries along with extra things that he noticed. Definately will be using this service again.

I have a MacBook Pro 2015 and the inbuilt mouse and trackpad do not work. I can connect an external via USB but Id like the inbuilt one to be fixed. Have tried troubleshooting. Can’t perform PRAM or SCM reset though , I think during startup the computer doesn’t recognise the USB keyboard. I suspect it is simply related to a faulty internal cable, as this used to be intermittent and now it’s constant. Can anyone help? Date and time flexible. Hoping to spend less than I would if I had to take it to a shop. Happy to discuss.

Reset password / logon security camera

Hikvision security camera reset, I am an end user and just want to reset the password for the securely camera’s as they are not connecting to the DVR that was also in the house just recently purchased. DVR successfully reset but It appears that the IP address has been set into the camera, and I don’t know what that is to connect, hence trying to reset. Hard reset not possible as they are mounted on the second story eave.
