We need a network technician experienced in Ubiquity / Synology NAS configuration. We have two sites connected via VPN that require two Synology NAS units to backup via a desktop app we have pre installed. We need to check they are on the same VPN then see if we can mount them to the same desktop before initialising the carbon copy cloner software to run backups daily. Network already exists and this project is close so you would not be starting from scratch. Would prefer to do in person in our office to avoid external login. Once relationship is established we can continue any support offsite remotely. Can brief up further once we find the right person.

We have a pharmacy nearby to Footscray, a set of 7 computer connect to each other with a software call Fred Office, 4 brothers printer. The NBN internet is IInet and the network usually dropping out and none of the computers can not connect to NBN for a while, we had to use mobile hotspot. Sometimes, the pc also cant communicate with the printers which leads to the situation that we cant print anything. We are just looking for someone to inpect the whole shop pc network to each others and to the printer, checking NBN status to make sure its the provider problem and not ours. Overall, someone who is specialized in Pharmacy, Healthcare systems and setting up infrastructure for one. The whole task includes: 1. Over all inspecting of system, network, connection, wires 2. Consultations on what kind be improve on the scene and the future 3. Any installation that take can take place in the same day. Long term collaboration if it works. Its job rate not per hour rate.

My modem / router died, I’ve purchased a new one and have it connected to my NBN unit but it can’t establish an internet connection. I can Connect to the device otherwise, just can’t get an internet connection. I also have a Wifi Range extender in the mix but haven’t got that far yet as I don’t have internet yet. We have about 7 windows computers that I need help setting up for my business. The intention is to have them be able to login with any user via their Microsoft 365 business premium account I.e. login via their email that we will be setting up.
