Please help, I have been hacked and have lost access to everything. It has caused extreme mental health distress. I clicked a link on facebook on Friday and have now lost control of my facebook and phone and most apps. I am devastated. I have factory reset my phone. It didn't help at all. My facebook is still hacked, I can't change password, I can get in, but not change anything. I have precious photos of my nan and dog who passed on there. It is extremely important to me. I need some help with my dad’s email account. Here is the issues he is facing 1.He has an old version of outlook but he is not receiving his emails 2.
