I am running an iMac and I usually connect an external hard drive a Seagate 4 TB hard drive via a USB port. I’ve accidentally pressed the off button at the power switch and on this occasion the hard drive no longer mounts. It switches on and it detectable by disk utility however disk utility fails to be able to repair the disc or mount the hard drive onto the iMac I was wondering if anyone may be able to help me recover the data thank you

Urgent google domain and outlook email support required. Outlook email was running last 2 years ‘inactive’ in a free version of office365. Accidentally deleted all emails associated with business email as email became deactivated yesterday and no longer received emails. Business is run through Google domain. However are having major issues reinstating google domain business email through outlook on windows laptop. Purchased new office365 package however now no apps will open. This is a business email so need to all old emails restored and account back up and running. Today as back to work tomorrow and fly out of the country Tuesday morning. Installing Linux on my Surface laptop, booted from USB, first step was okay (selected Graphical Install), second step (choose language) the keyboard just no response hence couldn't proceed. What I have done: 1. got Disk space on drive (C is for windows, D unallocated for Linux). 2. disabled Secure Boot. 3. Set USB Boot as primary boot (moved Windows Boot Manager to second in the order). Any support or help will be great.
