Recently had inside of computer cleaned and cable management done. No dramas with that but after a day or so, the back fan in my PC keeps pulsing every 1-2 minutes even when idle. Temperature and everything else is absolutely fine, so cannot work out why this is happening and need this fixed ASAP.
