Reset iMac to factory setting and delete windows 10 with boot camp

I have a spooky 2, latest model for alternative medicine. Having issues with the functioning of the program and following instructions. If you could assist, it may take only 20 mins to an hour. Suit a tech savvy person. Someone with a physics background may also assist in your appreciation for the machine

I have limited time and abilities in this field. Task will take someone who understands how to put things together probably 20 minutes, maybe less. It's quite straight forward. I think there's about 12 screws need arranging in the arms for the monitors. Because I need it done fast I've given the budget some increases to assist in closing on the time I'm wanting it done. Initially computer was taking along time to load, so I decided to start fresh and wipe everything 🤣, I’m pretty sure I selected the wrong drive or something to boot from and can’t get back to it. Definitely needs to be rebooted from and external drive and then cleaned up for me . - Due date: Flexible

Hey there everyone looking for someone who can get my 2017 Apple MacBook Air 13” laptop (a1466 model) working again. It was functioning fine, then suddenly stopped and now when turning on freezes on the black screen with ? Folder flashing on it. I have rebooted to utility disk and in the internal list the usual MacHD drive icon is not there so I’m thinking it needs a new hard drive? Instead of the MacHD drive icon there is the small Apple SSD media icon and I can’t do anything to this ie. erase etc. If I go to try and reinstall MacOS it asks ‘select the drive you would like to install to,’ but there are no drives in the menu to be able to install to, which again makes me think it needs a new HD popped in. I had a guy offer to pop one in for $30 last year but lost his number!! (Can travel to you for repair.) - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 7 June 2023
